With a dash of culinary creativity (and the countless recipes available on our website) our versatile products can be used to create both new and traditional favorite dishes. Our signature "sweet with a little heat" artisanal jams are a modern twist on a time-honored, southern favorite - from jam cocktails to charcuterie board essentials, from marinades and glazes for grilling to homemade jam BBQ sauces - our jams are simply too good for just biscuits! Beyond jams, we also offer spice mixes, seasonal apple and pumpkin butters, and specialty gifts that elevate the everyday. A Southern staple, our Award Winning Mulling Spices may traditionally be used for creating hot spiced cider or mulled wine, but will also add that perfect “fall flavor” to your favorite baked goods and seasonal cocktails.
Our History
Lovingly dubbed the original “sweet heat jam company,” Raven's Nest Gift and Gourmet has been in business for over 40 years. Born in Alabama and raised in the Carolinas, we are a second generation, woman-owned and operated family business. Founded in 1980 by an ambitious mother of 3 daughters, Raven’s legacy continues on through her oldest daughter Monica who has innovatively expanded the line to include both traditional and modern new flavors, recipes, and more.
