Spiced Simple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Raven's Nest Mulling Spices
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
Combine water and mulling spice in small saucepan. Heat on low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Once cool, add to a mason jar and refrigerate until ready to use.

Spiced Apple Cider Moscow Mule
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz spiced simple syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- 4 oz apple juice or cider
- 6 oz ginger beer
- ice
- lime wedges, apple slices, and/or cinnamon sticks for garnish
Directions
Add ice to copper Moscow Mule mug or old fashioned glass. Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, apple cider, and ginger beer. Stir and garnish as desired. Cheers!
