Pear Vanilla Simple Syrup Ingredients

Directions

Combine jam and water in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until bubbles just begin to form. Top with sprigs of basil. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes, then remove from heat. Allow mixture to cool for 5-6 minutes, then pour through a fine mesh strainer into an air-tight jar or bottle. Once the mixture is cool, you're ready to start making cocktails!

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Pear Vanilla Gin Fizz Ingredients

  • 1 oz pear vanilla simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz gin
  • Club soda
  • Fresh pears for garnish
  • Sugar & lemon juice to garnish glass rim (optional)

Directions 

Coat the rim of an old-fashioned glass with a touch of lemon juice then dip in sugar. Combine simple syrup and gin. Top with ice and a splash of club soda to taste. Garnish with fresh pears and enjoy!
